Lyndel Hurley is the Managing Partner of Sterling Eaglerock, specializing in the identification and vetting of executive leaders, senior-level functional and mid- level management professionals in the following professional disciplines: executive management, financial management, operations management, sales and marketing, technology, healthcare, legal and human resources.
Lyndel possesses a wide spectrum of recruiting background, having been involved with Corporate, Agency and Contract Recruiting services during his career, which gives him a unique insight into what offerings are the best match for his client’s needs and efficiency in quickly identifying qualified talent. Lyndel possesses strong technology experience having started his career in supporting high-technology clients and has shown an innate ability to ascertain a client’s industry and successfully provide the best match of candidate to client needs.
Lyndel has developed a strong network of contacts through his years of creative and persistent recruiting efforts. With Lyndel’s unique contacts in different industries, he is able to identify top-level talent for his diverse blend of clients in multiple vertical industries. He consults with CEO’s, CHRO’s, investors and other business leaders to address a broad array of talent management, leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and compensation and succession issues within multiple organizations.
Throughout his career, Lyndel has been an active member of professional human resource organizations. He is a graduate of Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minor in Business Administration.
Katherine Hurley is a Partner and provides an added dimension to the organization. She specializes in senior- level retained and contained search engagements across a wide range of industries and functional areas. Throughout her career Kathy has been a trusted partner and adviser to her clients. Whether working with well-funded start-ups or Fortune 500 companies. Kathy prides herself on providing her clients with a relationship-driven, consultative search process.
During Kathy’s extensive business experience she has been recognized on numerous occasions as a high echelon performer within industry leading organizations. Prior to officially joining Sterling Eaglerock, Kathy spent a number of years leading Corporate Relocation/Benefits/Travel organizations in Fortune 500 companies. Responsible for developing entire departments from scratch to efficient organizations that provided outstanding service to all their corporate employees both domestic and international. She earned an excellent reputation as a results-oriented professional in all things. Kathy has been active participant and leader in numerous professional organizations, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia and Texas and graduated from SMU- Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas with a Bachelors in Business Administration.
